The owner of this project is Fujian Donglin Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., with a land area of about 80 acres and a total construction area of about 78000 square meters. The total investment is 460 million yuan, and 22 standardized industrial factories and 1 supporting dormitory building will be constructed. The project is positioned as a comprehensive industrial park that gathers green buildings, intelligent manufacturing, and equipment manufacturing industries. After production, it is expected to have an annual output value of 450 million yuan and create nearly 1000 job opportunities.

Water Industry Park Project

The project is located in Xizhuang Village, Dongyuan Town, Taishang District, with a total investment of 850 million yuan, a land area of about 30 acres, and a total construction area of 97000 square meters. It will build a comprehensive modern water industry base that integrates office, exhibition, operation, service, and research and development. This project is a gathering place for the water science and technology industry, integrating headquarters operations, scientific research and development, industry incubation, and science popularization exhibitions. The Fifth Experimental Primary School in Taishang District is located in Fengpu Community, Dongyuan Town, covering an area of approximately 61 acres with a building area of approximately 42700 square meters. The total investment is about 250 million yuan, with a construction scale of 72 classes and 3240 degrees. It is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2024 and put into use in the spring of 2025. The company is mainly committed to providing customers with one-stop communication equipment and electronic product supply services using professional experience, and developing into the fields of digital technology and network communication. The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan, covering an area of 99.3 acres and a building area of approximately 130000 square meters. It will build a research and development, production, and marketing center, mainly producing 5G wireless communication equipment such as hosts, switches, routers, and wireless intelligent industrial communication system equipment. Jiadeli High end Economic Project

The owner of this project is Quanzhou Jiadeli Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise that integrates scientific research, development, and production, specializing in the production of high-quality polypropylene films for capacitors. The company holds more than 60 national patents and has successively won honors such as "National Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New Little Giant", "Provincial Manufacturing Single Champion", "Fujian Province Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Enterprise", "Provincial Science and Technology Little Giant", and Municipal "Intelligent Factory".

The Jiadeli High end Economic Project covers a total area of 9.7 acres, with a total construction area of approximately 18000 square meters and a total investment of 120 million yuan. It will construct a new material research and development center, company operation center, and related supporting facilities. Taiwanese Times Square Project

The total investment of this project is 2.5 billion yuan, with a total land area of approximately 131 acres and a total construction area of approximately 215000 square meters. It is planned to build a large-scale urban complex that integrates cultural and artistic districts, luxury hotels, and commercial office buildings, providing a one-stop solution to meet the needs of regional catering, entertainment, sports, socializing, and work. After completion, it will enrich the regional functional supporting facilities, further revitalize the urban interface, and promote the accelerated development of the sector. The Business Operations Center of Taiwan Business District is located opposite the office building of the District Management Committee. It is developed and constructed by Hongwan Real Estate Company, a first level subsidiary of the District Development and Construction Group. It covers an area of 39.3 acres, with a total construction area of about 140000 square meters and a total investment of about 665 million yuan. It is a comprehensive project that integrates office, hotel, residential, talent apartment, and commercial properties. The project officially started construction in May 2020 and was completed in May 2023. The completion of the project will provide standardized and fully equipped office spaces for state-owned enterprises in the district, meet the demand of investment attraction enterprises for high standard office spaces, attract enterprise headquarters to settle in the Taiwan Business District, assist in investment attraction, and accelerate the high-quality development of the Taiwan Business District.
